Not the best experience
I checked in at 3 PM, but they didn’t have a room for me, even though I asked for an early check-in. It took a while to get sorted out. Breakfast was a mess too—could’ve used more help. Found some hair in the bathroom which was kinda gross. On the bright side, I loved the city view from my room!

A bold move that proved rewarding!
My family enjoyed a week filled with impeccable service and thoughtful attention from the staff, especially Miss Itzi Carrillo. The setting was warm and welcoming, making our medical visit much less stressful. The accommodations were beautifully appointed, and the dining experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Perfect for business travelers
The rooms were spacious and well-equipped for work. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety that kept me fueled up all morning.
It wasn’t exactly pocket change but I felt it was worth it.

I loved my stay at the Sheraton in Mexico City. The Deluxe Club Concierge Level room felt spacious with a stunning city view. The room setup was perfect for both work and relaxation. The bed provided great comfort. I appreciated having a mini-bar and in-room safe. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. However, check-in didn't go smoothly. I arrived around 3 PM, and my room wasn't ready despite my Platinum status. That was disappointing, especially watching other guests without status get checked in immediately. Breakfast service could use improvement. Attempted to extend my table for my coworkers, but staff were unhelpful. I also found some hairs in the bathroom, which indicated a need for better cleaning. Although there were hiccups, the amenities were overall nice, and the food was good, so I'd consider coming back.

missingWrote a review on May 10spacious roomcomfortable bedwalk-in wardrobelow water pressuretired decor
The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, which I really appreciated. I loved the walk-in wardrobe and the large desk space made working easy. The bathroom was decent, with a walk-in shower but no tub. However, the room felt kind of tired and dark, and the overall decor could use a refresh. There was also low water pressure in the shower, which was a bit annoying.
